Hello and welcome to the new Relay For Life of Carthage Forum.First and foremost, thank you for visiting the website of the Relay For Life of Carthage. I am glad to see you taking an interest in our Relay and joining us at our Online Home.
Now on to business. This post, and any following posts, will give you the guidelines and rules that are to be followed at all times while using these forums. We want you to feel free to use them so long as you abide by our terms.
In order to post a message or reply to another message, you MUST create an account in this forum. Use the "Register" button at the top of this forum and fill out the information required.
The only required information is username (be creative, but keep it polite), password and email address. If your username is different from your real name, I would strongly suggest you enter your Real Name so people know who they are actually talking to.
If you forget your password, just let me know and I can reset it for you.
Rules For UsageThere are a few things I would like to get straight right from the start.

Please be 'polite' to others when posting. Any harsh or foul language, or any language that is deemed harmful or damaging to others is not tolerated.
ALL POSTS TO THE FORUMS ARE WATCHED AND INAPPROPRIATE, DEGRADING,
HARMFUL, VULGAR OR SIMILAR POSTS WILL BE DELETED WITHOUT NOTICE. 2)
Posts to this forum will be viewable immediately. However, the forum administrator reserves the right to edit or delete any post at any time for any or no reason. I hope it will never come down to this.
3)
Please fill in your profile information including your E-Mail address. This forum uses e-mail for several things, and there is an option in your profile to hide your e-mail address. Check that option and only the system will use it, not anybody else.
4) 'Rubbish' posts with the sole intent of boosting your Ladder Ranking will be deleted. Period.
5) These rules can be updated or ammended at any time. If there is an update, I will reply to this locked post announcing the change.
User RankingsThere is a Ladder System for user rankings used in the forum. They are as follows:
Newbie - 0 posts (this is where you start)
Little Relay Poster - 10 posts
Relay Poster - 40 posts
Big Relay Poster - 100 posts
Relay Forum Lover - 250 posts
Relay Forum Master - 1,000 posts
Super Duper Uber Relay Posting Fool - 10,000 posts
Why does this matter? Well...it really doesn't. It's just for fun.
Remember, this is a Forum for the Relay For Life of Carthage. Please try to keep topics related to the Relay and have fun.
