I've started acquiring a list of Campsite Needs from the Team Captains for the 2010 Relay For Life.

If you need anything special for your campsite, I need to know soon!

I need to know if your team will need:
  • Power
  • A Larger Area
  • A Specific Spot / Area
ANY TEAM THAT DOES NOT CONTACT ME PRIOR TO MAY 6th MAY NOT RECEIVE THEIR CAMPSITE NEEDS!

I will be "locking" the Park Map after the 6th and no further changes will be allowed.

These are the Campsite Needs I have received so far. If you have a need, please post it below and I will update my list.

Revised 4/13/2010

Teams Needing Power
The following teams have requested power for their campsite. They will be located in a spot close to a power source. If available, their on-site fundraisers will be listed as well.
  • IDEA Center
    • Will need power
  • Carthage Water & Electric Plant
    • Will need power
  • Schreiber Foods (Both Teams)
    • Will need power
  • Cornerstone Dental
    • Will need power
  • Carthage Scrappers
    • Will need power for food (Baked Potato Bar) and games
  • Arvest Bank
    • Will need power
  • Ho'okoene
    • Will need power
  • McCune Brooks
    • Will need power
  • Team McCloud / HE Williams
    • Will need power
  • CocoNut Crew (L&P Wire Tie)
    • Will need power
  • Windsor Foods
    • Will need power (shaved ice)
Non-Power Campsites and/or Special Requests
The following teams will be located in a spot they have requested.
  • IDEA Center
    • Would like to be where the Registration was in 2009
  • Schreiber Foods (Both Teams)
    • Would like to be side-by-side
  • Team Pink
    • Need a big area for Petting Zoo and other games (Plinko)
  • McCune Brooks
    • Far from Team Pink's Petting Zoo (allergies)
  • Ho'okoene & Cornerstone Dental
    • Close together
  • Team McCloud / HE Williams
    • Far from Team Pink's Petting Zoo (allergies)
    • Would like a larger campsite.
  • CocoNut Crew (L&P Wire Tie)
    • Far from Team Pink's Petting Zoo (allergies)
    • Will need a "clear" area with no trees above (Fire Pit for S'mores)
Other Electricity Needs
This list is for non-team areas that need electricity.
  • Stage / Sound System
  • Sign-in / Registration Booth
  • Silent Auction

I am sure that our team will need electricity also!  Don't know exactly what we will be doing yet but we will need power.

I can put you in a spot with power, but we're arranging the park differently this year so I wont be able to give you the same spot that you had in 2009. That's where the Registration Tent will be going this year.
