Is there a central person we report to to tell what businesses we approach for auction items so we don't keep approaching the same businesses? Is was thinking it would be like the list for sponsors instead just be for the auction? Or is the sponsor list the same one used for donations?

Treat collecting Auction Items as you would a Corporate Sponsor, just without the "Corporate Sponsorship" form. The business should, however, receive a "Proud Relay Supporter" window sticker.
Then, tell Crystal or myself the name of the business you contacted and if they donated an Item. That way I can update the "Sponsors" list and add them as an "In-Kind" sponsor and they wont be asked repeatedly by other teams. |
